Chyoga (Chair Yoga) includes gentle movements and breathing exercises, while sitting in a chair. These are not strenuous and can be practiced by everyone regardless of age or ability. The techniques you will learn will enable you to experience a healthier body and mind, free from many everyday tensions and anxieties. These sessions are designed to release mental, emotional, and physical blocks that stop us from experiencing our fullest potential.

In-person classes are held at Parkstone United Reformed Church every two weeks.
